In Rabat, perceived quality starts before the first consultation. A structured reply, a confirmed appointment and a human handover without repetition build trust. Forteuno Web designs that path around the clinic’s real rules.
In a large dental clinic in Casablanca, more than 100 WhatsApp conversations arrived each day. After a SOP analysis, a migration to the official API with coexistence, and qualification with human handover, fewer than nine conversations a day needed the team. The 24-hour suspensions observed before did not recur. This case took place in Casablanca; for Rabat, we adapt the method to each clinic’s real process and results can vary.
The agent can manage appointments, approved fees, validated explanations and practical information. It transfers emergencies according to the clinic’s procedure, requests for private documents, and any situation that needs a clinical decision. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace health professionals.
We start with SOPs, not a generic chatbot
We do not start by installing a generic chatbot. We first map requests, authorized information, qualification questions, medical limits and the clinic’s escalation rules. The agent is then tested on those scenarios until the team considers it respects its procedures. If SOPs do not exist and the practice does not want to help define them, we prefer not to deploy.
Understanding demand in
Rabat
The capital combines general practices, specialist centres and patients who expect precise communication. Automation must answer administrative questions without replacing clinical judgment.
What we install during the pilot
The first scope combines WhatsApp, calendar and confirmations. When an exchange needs medical judgment, the agent hands over with contact details, the reason, and what the patient already provided.
How we improve replies
We compare several models on the same conversations. The model kept is the one that makes the fewest errors on the clinic’s task, not the one with the newest number.

A Moroccan dental experience, not a generic promise
Mohamed Amine Saada built a customer-support SaaS for dentists in Morocco. The first reflex was fine-tuning a local model. The best results finally came from few-shot examples written by real dental assistants, then injected by context. That experience guides Forteuno Web: start from real conversations, test, correct, and keep a human for clinical decisions.
