Good medical content needs to earn attention without exploiting fear. The "hook, meat, loop or CTA" structure can be more clearly translated as "hook, value, useful next step."
The hook
Start from a real question:
The hook opens up honest curiosity. It does not turn a rare risk into a general emergency.
The value
Give the essential answer first, then the context. Use everyday words, a generic example, and a caveat. Distinguish what can be explained in general from what requires a consultation.
The "meat" is not the promotional part: it is the substance that deserves the reader's time.
The loop
A loop can connect the ending back to the beginning: "So the reason has less to do with X than with Y." It improves recall. Avoid holding back the answer until the very last seconds purely to boost watch time.
A compliant, useful call to action
Favor phrasing like this:
Avoid pressure, artificial scarcity, guarantees, or a direct order to choose a particular practice. Get your phrasing validated according to the specialty and the Order's rules.
